  * Introduce namespaced headers

    * `<fairmq/Poller.h>`
    * `<fairmq/Socket.h>`
    * `<fairmq/TransportFactory.h>`
    * `<fairmq/UnmanagedRegion.h>`
* Compile-firewall Boost.Process in `shmem::Manager` because it conflicts
with standalone asio
